  I started out at the Verizon in Johnson city and had a terrible experience. The guy helping was no help at all and only wanted to make money for himself. I ended up not having enough money on me that day so today I came to the one in puberty flats and was helped by Zach who has been tremendous. All he has done is been helpful, more so than I could have asked for. He actually showed me a different phone from what I was looking for based on what I was wanting and has answered every question and given us the best deal he can and has been so helpful. If you go to this verizon, request Zach. You will not be disappointed. I appreciate how extremely amazing he has been, especially given how bad of an experience we had at the other store. He introduced himself and has been very friendly and sat us down and talked us through everything and given us all the info we could ever need.
